What is an E-meeting?

RU Choice understands that Rutgers students are busy and that campus buses do not always run as frequently as we would like. To be more accomodating to students' schedules and sometimes distant residences, RU Choice holds E-meetings at 10 p.m. on the first and third Monday of every month.

E-meetings are held in an online chat room, hosted by www.chatzy.com. On the Thursday prior to the E-meeting, an email is sent out to the RU Choice listserve announcing the upcoming E-meeting. Students interested in attending the meeting must reply to the email so that RU Choice can send them the link to the chatroom. By Monday night at 10 p.m., students should receive the link to the chatroom in their email. Students simply click on the link and enter the chatroom.

You will not need to register or sign-up for any services in order to participate in the E-meeting.
The service is free and all information is confidential.
Only invited members may participate in the meeting.
