About Us
The Undergraduate Linguistics Club is made up of students at Rutgers with an interest in Linguistics. Membership is open to majors and minors of any field, and is not limited to Linguistic students. Our purpose is to:
- inspire a general interest in Linguistics and related fields among Rutgers University students
- host Linguistics and language-related events for the public
- provide a forum for advising Rutgers students on their ideas, questions, and projects
- strengthen the relationship between the Linguistics Department and the student body
- aid students in their understanding of Linguistics and languages
