CANADA!!!
March 11-14, 2007
The plot: In an attempt to eclipse the glory of our past spring break trips (i.e. Delaware in 2004, Maine in 2006), for spring break 2007, Scott and I planned our most ambitious trip yet -- to CANADA! Scott had never visited Canada before, and I had only been over the border into Niagara Falls 4 years ago. With our limited time of 4 days by car, we planned to drive around Lake Ontario, stopping at Niagara Falls, Toronto, and Montreal. Once on the road, the plot went something like this:

- Sunday, March 11: After I was done with church, Scott and I left New Jersey (A/G) and headed north to Buffalo/Niagara Falls (B) arriving around sunset. We visited the waterfall, had fantastic dinner, and got plenty of sleep. (Sunday pictures here)
- Monday, March 12: Monday, after breakfast, we visited the waterfall again for a better look in the daylight (B), then it was off to toronto (C), where we visited the CN tower for most of the afternoon. Later, we drove off to Kingston, Ontario (D), a former Canadian capital, for the night. (Monday pictures here)
- Tuesday, March 13: Tuesday, we randomly decided to add to our original trip plan to drive north to Ottawa, Ontario (E), the capital of Canada. There we toured the Canadian parliament building and enjoyed wandering for a bit before heading further east to Montreal, Quebec (F) for the night. (Tuesday pictures here)
- Wednesday, March 14: After a rainy but full day in Montreal (F) we headed south around dinner time, getting back home to NJ (G) around 1:30am. (Wednesday pictures here)
