A few weeks ago you spoke at my daughters school in Rochelle Park. That day when my daughter who is in the 7th grade came running out of school, she immediately started telling me about you. She was so inspired by what you had to say, and also HOW you said it. She could not wait to come home and look at your web site. After looking at your web site she came to me and wanted to talk even more about you.
She also sent me your web site and asked me please to check it out. I have spent the last half hour looking through your site. I can feel your positive attitude shining through. I can now understand why my daughter was so excited to share this positive experience she felt through your assembly. I want to thank you and commend you on touching these children's lives. I'm sure your words will be with my daughter for years to come.

You certainly made quite an impression on my [third-grade] daughter, and for that I thank you. I always thought she was amazing, but I somehow feel that you just inspired her to go miles further.

The most impressive and motivational person in my life. I will make sure that my children know and meet Paul.
I strongly believe that Paul is going to become their role model. Today, I finally found mine!

I have to say that I have never seen the students so positively inspired. Some of the parents called me to thank me for finding such an inspirational person who could touch the hearts of their children. They said that the children could not stop speaking about what you said and they logged in to your web site immediately when they returned home. My own son said to me that he wants to know you better, and we want to invite you for dinner.
The teachers were equally inspired. As one teacher in our school put it, "On a scale of 1 to 10, Paul was a 70!"

The presentations were outstanding. Paul targeted our students' unique character issues, inspiring them to focus on their strengths, desires, and goals to achieve their dreams.
The Mt. Olive PTA was extremely satisfied with the moving presentations and would be delighted to serve as an advocate for the dynamic programs of A Vision in Motion, Speakers Bureau.

Of the many programs that were instituted at Frances M. Guadineer Middle School, yours can only be described as phenomenal. The inspiring story of your life with a disability touched our students and teachers deeply.
They identified with your struggle and were encouraged by your incredible positive attitude to never give up. The interaction with the audience was lively, funny, entertaining, and educational. You have encouraged all of us to set our goals higher.
Thank you for your wonderful programs. We look forward to your next visit.

Sometimes when you get down on things in your life, Paul seems to be just what you need to ground yourself and appreciate everything taken for granted. He is a wonderful person, and to my beliefs, he seems to be one of God's angels.
Kristen L. Farrell
Paul offered the younger students an opportunity to reflect on their thoughts and ideas about people who have disabilities by using stories from his own life. Through his words and actions, he inspired the students to look beyond wheelchairs, crutches or people who might be different. He told them to look instead for what a person can do, not what a person can't.
Thank you for the opportunity to experience such positive role models for today's youth. The motivating messages by the Vision in Motion speakers have had a powerful effect that will be long lasting. Califon School is forever changed by the experience.

My [third-grade] daughter enjoyed your presentation very much. She still talks about it. That day, I asked her what she got out of it and she said, "That everyone is good at something and we're all good at different things. To always smile, people like it and bullies will leave you alone. That you can do anything if you put your mind to it." All great lessons! Thank you!
That day brought back to me a time when I was a teenager and I applied to be a counselor in the Freehold Township Recreation Department. Because of my experience as a volunteer at the hospital, they asked if I would be interested in being a counselor in a new program for children with disabilities. Without hesitation, I said yes. One of the children in the program was an adorable blond-headed boy named Paul that had cerebral palsy. I'm pretty sure he had a sister, but I cannot remember his last name.
Well, since your visit to Hamilton School, I have visited your site and the "A Vision in Motion" bureau site. You would be the age of that Paul and your hometown is Freehold. I think that it was the summers of 1978-79 that I was involved in the recreation program. Are you that Paul? There is one picture of you as a child that looks just like the kid I remember.
It wouldn't surprise me to find out that, that child grew up to be the inspirational man that you are today! What a small world.
