We’re the undergraduate Women’s & Gender Studies association on campus. We seek:
-
- To take up an active role in the Women's Studies department, which includes being the student voice at faculty meetings and in discussions concerning curriculum.
-
-
- To provide an outlet and a means for the advancement of feminist activism at Rutgers.
-
-
- To educate the student body and the community about global, national, and local issues of social, political, economic and environmental significance.
-
-
- To foster an environment full of diversity, unity, communication, and action.
In 2009, we won the Prize for Distinguished Service to the Women’s & Gender Studies Department of Rutgers University.
