 Rutgers University Habitat for Humanity welcomes all people to join us as we build simple, decent, affordable, houses in partnership with those in need of adequate shelter. Since 1976, Habitat International has built more than 125,000 houses in more than 80 countries. We are honored to help out this cause. Our campus chapter is a student-run, student-led organization that performs three main functions: • Building houses in partnership with Habitat affiliates • Educating the campus & community about affordable housing issues and the work of Habitat for Humanity • Raising funds for the work of Habitat We are always looking for willing partners to assist during fundraising events, direct mailings and public relation events.
