Welcome to RU for Kerry! We are a student group at Rutgers University, and we are all active supporters of John Kerry for President. Throughout the election season, we will be sponsoring events, volunteering, recruiting new members, holding meetings, and doing anything else we can do to see that John Kerry is elected president this November. July 19: Updated website, added "issues" page. This page is a comprehensive listing and comparison of John Kerry and George Bush on issues that most directly affect students and New Jersey residents. Consider this a "talking points" bulletin for student organizers in the state. Updated the links and files sections too. Also, I have updated the volunteer opportunities page. There will be many opportunities to volunteer over the summer, as well as a job opportunity with the DNC.

May 14: Finals are over! I hope everyone did well on them and that everyone has a good summer. If any of you are interested in being involved this summer, please let me know. Made some minor changes to the sight...new photo on the site, updated contributions, some other pages. Also, please go to http://www.kerrystudentnetwork.org/democracy and register. We will be using the Bulletin Boards there to communicate online, and it is a great resource for us to organize and exchange ideas with students around the country.
