Skill Development Clinics

These regular weekly skill clinics will provide both beginners and advanced players a chance to learn essential squash skills from a local Squash Professional. The Rutgers University Squash Club will also host guest skill clinics from time to time. These clinics usually focus on playing techniques and rules of squash.
Coach Ferez Nallaseth will be running a skill clinic for experienced and inexperienced players. Equipment will be provided. Please join us.

Benefits

We are meeting weekly with a physical fitness and athletics trainer, Jonathan Fass, who in consultation with Ferez and the club assistant coaches will be providing physical fitness training to squash club members. The emphasis of these sessions will be on appropriate fitness, flexibility, strength and endurance routines to improve your squash game.

We meet at 9pm at the CAG immediately following Monday Clinics
