2/14/08 - - - - On Wednesday, February 20th (at 9:30 PM, Rutgers Student Center Room 407), VSA will have an important meeting that will allow you to get INVOLVED in the organization and events!! We will be setting up committees for our Miss Vietnam New Jersey Pageant, and we need YOU to manage or help with the committees!! Our current committees will include stage designing, our skit, stage crew, fund raising, and techie. Come help out in ANY of these areas! If you don't, you'll be MISSING out on the future of VSA! Also, a month from now, we'll be holding ELECTIONS for next year's e-board. Start thinking about whether or not you want to come on to the e-board! If you really want to join it, you should consider helping out for this pageant! I'll see you this WEDNESDAY at 9:30 PM, RSC 407!!

10/14/07 - - - - Congratulations to TASA on winning the Survival of the Fittest Tournament of 2007! It was a close game between Team TASA and Team Tony 30-29! Sadly VSA placed 4th... but we have next year!
10/4/07 - - - - The Survival of the Fittest event is held on Sunday October 14, 2007. If you would wish to participate, please form a 6-person team by the extended due date of October 7. Each team must pay a $30 team fee at TASA's club meeting October 8th at the Busch Campus Center Room 122 at 10 P.M. or at VSA's club meeting October 10th at the Rutgers Student Center Room 407 at 10 P.M.

9/1/07 - - - - To new members: JOIN, NOW!!! Because I'm doing you a favor when I guarantee you'll have FUN here and make GREAT college friends!! As a club, we have A LOT of events that you can take part of and meet people. Be sure to visit VSA's booth at the Student Involvement fair on Sunday, September 9th from 12 PM - 4 PM to get information and to sign up for info!! [The Student Involvement Fair takes place at Vorhees Hall, which is on the College Ave Campus and is across from the Grease Trucks]
Here's a SMALL sample of the things we've done:
*Hot Pot/Pot Luck/Thanksgiving Night - A night to eat some dinner, play some games, and enjoy hanging out.
*Bowling Night
*Take part of cultural events (such as PAN Lunar Festival & TASA Night Market) - We set up booths, do dances, or more!
*Survival of the Fittest - Enjoy a nice BBQ, while at the same time you can watch or be part of a team playing against various other organizations in rounds if games and competitions!
*Miss Vietnam New Jersey Pageant - Our biggest event, consisting of lots of amazing girls trying to be the best in NJ. Along with that there are other dancers, singers, and more performers. Need I say more?
*And more!!If you join us and become an active member, you'll enjoy being part of the events. It won't hurt to come to our first meeting, so come visit that VSA Booth on September 9th for more info!!
